Homemade ice cream made with tonka beans wrapped in a crepe.To top it off, warm matcha sauce is poured over the dish right in front of you.

This dish is an exquisite combination of the almond-like aroma of tonka beans, the bitterness of matcha, and the sourness, sweetness, and bitterness of hassaku oranges.
